Whether you are investing in a large business complex or a smaller single building, a commercial property inspection is crucial for identifying immediate and deferred maintenance repairs. Our inspector has worked on a variety of commercial construction projects including large business complexes, restaurants, retail shops, multi-unit residency buildings and many more. These types of assessments can encompass pre-purchase, pre-lease or post-lease inspections.

Your digital report will come complete with a set of high-resolution photos and videos, including drone shots when permitted. In addition, our inspector will meet with you for the last half-hour or so of the inspection in order to walk you through any areas of concern that should be visibly shared with you. You will then receive your inspection report by the end of that business day. Of course, we will be available throughout the real estate process to address any additional questions or concerns that you would like to review.
